Welcome to eSelect a new system for selecting candidates for consideration for a number of current and future job vacancies. eSelect is an innovative recruitment strategy that has been designed to allow for large numbers of potential candidates to apply to be part of a recruitment pool for a limited number of current and future vacancies.

This new selection method is being used initially to meet the nursing service needs of our hospitals and community facilities. This is because the HSE wishes to ensure equal access to any nursing career opportunities to the widest pool of qualified candidates while ensuring that each applicant is treated in a fair and consistent manner.
